She acquired her RE license in 1998 and within 2 years held designations of CRS, GRI, ABR, MIRM candidate and had advanced to an Associate Broker. In 1999 she became one of the Top 10 agents at Holland Realty and held this position every year subsequently. After starting at Selequity in 2001, she advanced to Number One in sales and production every year until 2004. Jewelle achieved its highest award of Platinum Sales for the Ada County Association of Realtors 1999-2006. In addition she also has the distinction of ACAR Honors though service to the Greater Community.

Joe's focus is on creating and managing the NHM sales team IN THE FIELD, and to serve as a mentoring resource to facilitate a quicker reaction to dynamic situations. Joe is currently the company liaison to our builder teams in every project and advises NHM aligned builders with regard to product configuration and implementation. Joe has developed a sales training syllabus that concentrates on the skill set necessary to effectively market multiple builders, understanding each builders new construction methodology & pricing matrixes, and the creation of opportunities through the art of relationship building.

Prior to joining NHM, Joe has served in a variety of sales management positions including: Sales Manager for First Woodstone Properties, a Houston based company with diverse residential and commercial assets, Sales Manager for Idaho Land & Wilderness Corp / West Land Co. which developed large recreational properties throughout central Idaho and Territory Sales Manager Idaho/Montana/Wyoming for PDQ of the Rockies a Colorado based automotive chemical and equipment co. Joe's diverse sales background has always involved the effective management of teams, recruitment of sales talent and the creation of systems and processes so that expectations are understood and goals exceeded.

Joe holds a BA in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and has been a licensed Realtor in Idaho for 7 years with more than 75 million in total production. Joe relocated to Boise 10 years ago because of the lifestyle Idaho and the treasure valley afford and the business opportunities our eclectic community provides.
